Nagyjából 1420 körül készült, Franciaországban. A szöveget egy hasábban, laponként 14 sorban jegyezték le, barna tintával. A rendkívül igényes, aranyozott és vörös filigránnal díszített kék iniciálék is az egykori kódex francia eredetét támasztják alá.
