A hivatalosan soha nem szentesített, de a XVI. századtól kezdve általánosan használt szokásjogi kézikönyvnek, a Hármaskönyvnek egyes szabályai egészen 1848-ig érvényben voltak, így egy latin nyelvű kivonat piacképesnek bizonyult II. József halála után pár évvel. Latin nyelvűsége sokat elárul a magyar jogtudományok nyelvújítás korabeli helyzetéről.
Korabeli, sérült, keménytáblás papírkötésben. 186 mm.
