A hirdetményben ismerteti az uralkodó hozzá intézett levelét, melyben Ferenc József közli, hogy leánya, Zsófia halála miatt megszakítja magyarországi körútját.
Kelt: Buda, junius 6. 1857.
Haynau menesztését követően, 1851-ben Albert főherceget nevezték ki az öt kerületre osztott Magyar Királyság élére katonai és polgári kormányzóvá, mely tisztséget az 1860-as „októberi diploma” kiadásáig látott el.
