[Bécs] Vindobonae, 1761. Typis Georgii Ludovici Schulzii. [14] 388 l. 3 sztl. lev. + 1 térkép (kihajtható rézmetszet).
A jezsuita szerzetes Pray György a XVIII. századi magyar történetírás egyik kiemelkedő alakja, munkája az addig ismert magyar őstörténeti források összefoglalása. Az író e művében a hun-magyar-avar folytonosság hagyományos elméletét azzal egészítette ki, hogy miután a hunok Kína mellől vonultak Európába, a magyarok azonosak a kínai évkönyvekben emlegetett turkokkal.
A kötet 3 szövegközti rézmetszetű térképpel illusztrált. A nagyméretű, kihajtható térképet (Mappa exhibens Populos Interioris Asiae, et Hungarorum imperium ab anno Ante Natum Christum CCX.) Gütl bécsi rézmetsző készítette. (Studio Ant. 30. árv.)
